All sales are guaranteed to meet the customers satisfaction. We describe each item as accurately as possible, but some items, particularly gemstones, must be in hand to be fully appreciated. All items are prepaid. However, the customer shall have 5 days from the time they receive the merchandise to notify us by e-mail if an item does not meet their satisfaction. At that time arrangements will be made for the customer to return the item. If the correct item is returned in the condition in which it was sent the customers payment shall be refunded in full.
